Nandrolone decanoate is an injectable anabolic androgenic steroid. It is indicated for the management of the anemia of renal insufficiency and has been shown to increase hemoglobin and red cell mass. Nandrolone cannot be reduced by 5-alpha reductase into DHT and therefore does not have an adverse reaction on the prostate. Instead of DHT, nandrolone metabolizes into dihydronandrolone. Nandrololone does not convert into estrogens. Nandrolone binds well to androgen receptors and also possesses non-receptor mediated stimulation on muscle growth. Nandrolone Phenylpropionate is an anabolic steroid that is very similar to the popular Nandrolone Decanoate compound. However, Nandrolone Phenylpropionate was the first Nandrolone compound ever commercially sold.
Nandrolone Phenylpropionate is a small ester base anabolic steroid and is commonly referred to as NPP. This product has never been as popular as the larger ester Decanoate version, in part due to availability; however, in the modern era it has begun to see a resurgence in both use and availability thanks in part due to underground labs.

Masteron is a modified form of Dihydrotestosterone, with a methyl group at the 2nd carbon (carbon alpha) atom. This modification is responsible for the anabolic strength increase. This methyl group makes it harder for the enzyme 3-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase to metabolize Masteron. This enzyme is abundantly present in muscle tissue, and is responsible for degrading any DHT into two inactive metabolites: 3-Alpha Androstanediol and 3-Beta Androstanediol. Because of this enzyme DHT is not anabolic in muscle tissue at all. It is believed that if the enzyme 3-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase was neutralized, DHT would actually be a very powerful anabolic steroid. Drostanolone’s methyl group addition makes it imune to this enzyme. Drostanolone is injected into the body as an ester (bonded to either Propionate or Enanthate). Enzymes cleave off the ester from the Masteron molecule – which takes varying amount of time depending on which ester was used. This process causes the gradual release rate and extended half-life of the steroid. Drostanolone Propionate has a half-life of 2.5 days, while Drostanolone Enanthate has a half-life of 10 days.

Primobolan (also known as Primo) is the common name given to the drug Methenolone Enanthate. It is an injectable steroid that is rather mild in nature when compared to other anabolic steroids (AS), and is generally seen as a more steroid more anabolic in nature rather than an androgenic one. Primo also comes in an oral form called Methenolone Acetate, however due to the non-alkylation of the methenolone in this form, it is not realistically a very useful drug for the male bodybuilder as the liver will mostly destroy the methenolone acetate ingested.

Trenbolone Enanthate is an extremely powerful anabolic steroid and is virtually interchangeable with Parabolan (Trenbolone Hexahydrobenzylcarbonate). Testosterone cypionate is a synthetic derivative of testosterone in the form of an oil-soluble 17 (beta)-cyclopentylpropionate ester. Its benefit compared to other testosterone derivatives is the slow rate of release after injection and longer half-life. The characteristics of testosterone cypionate and testosterone enanthate are very similar, therefore both of them tend to be interchangeable.
Testosterone cypionate presents the same properties than its analog testosterone with the advantage that this molecule has a longer release rate and half-life.6 Administration of ester derivatives of testosterone as testosterone cypionate generates an increase in serum testosterone to levels reaching 400% from the baseline within 24 hours of administration.
These androgen levels remain elevated for 3-5 days after initial administration.3 The continuous variation in plasma testosterone after intramuscular administration of testosterone cypionate results in fluctuations in mood and libido as well as some local inflammation.
